The per-pax quote you receive will not cover everything. Venue hire is almost always separate. GST at 9% as of 2024 is added after the subtotal. A weekend surcharge of 20 to 30 percent over weekday rates is standard. If your group falls below the provider's headcount floor, you pay a shortfall that raises the per-head cost. Read every quote as a starting point, not a final bill.

Venue and Facility Costs

A per-pax quote from a Singapore provider routinely excludes venue rental. If you book a mobile crew that brings archery tag or bubble soccer to your office function room, the venue cost is yours. If you use a fixed-arena operator, the venue is included in the per-head rate, but the quote may still exclude party-room rental for post-activity food. Ask for the venue line item separately before you compare quotes.

Taxes, Service Charges and Transport

The headcount floor means a provider running archery tag for 8 participants charges the same overhead as for 15, so the per-pax price is higher at smaller sizes.

Session duration is the second factor. A standard one-hour booking is the baseline. Two-hour or half-day packages increase the per-pax rate by 40 to 80 percent. But the clock includes briefing, suiting up, and debrief. A two-hour bubble soccer booking delivers 45 to 60 minutes of active play.
